The vase looks like a three-dimensional graphic: five individual surfaces, each printed with stripes, meet and touch each other without disturbing each other. The severity is softened by a sixth surface decorated with ornaments and two "buttons" of different sizes that are placed diagonally opposite each other. The glaze, which appears on the surfaces in light brown tones, highlights the depths and edges in turquoise and also forms blue areas here and there, also makes the strict geometry appear softer. Its large opening allows it to accommodate branches or thick-stemmed flowers. It is made from individual patterned pieces, transparent on the inside and glazed in two colors on the outside, and fired at 1,200 degrees.
